AIP's immersive job simulations offer trainees hands-on opportunities to practice and perfect their skills in realistic scenarios, gaining practical experience and confidence in a controlled environment. For example, participants might simulate crisis management situations or complex project planning to refine their abilities and prepare for real-world challenges. Our simulations are submitted by organizations that collaborate with AIP to prepare for future challenges.

Participants also join a real consulting project team, delivering pro bono technical assistance to international organizations. This invaluable practice helps build a comprehensive portfolio of experience and showcases their expertise; for instance, they might work on projects for NGOs or UN agencies, gaining exposure to consulting complexities and developing essential professional skills. Example of projects: street children analysis in remote area, logistical support for operational deployment, research to support projects, feasibility study…
