Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

Refunds may not be available for:

- 3.3 Subscription periods that have already been used.

For recurring subscriptions:- 4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund previous payments.
- 4.3 Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
