You will learn to focus on understanding foundational concepts within your field of expertise, gaining familiarity with international organizational main structures and processes, while also developing practical skills necessary for entry-level tasks and contributing effectively to basic projects or initiatives within the organization. Additionally, you will know how to cultivate adaptability, communication skills, and a strong work ethic necessary to learn and execute tasks efficiently while absorbing the organizational culture and expectations.
